LIFE Conquer has recently hold its first Executive Board and Monitoring Meeting. The first LIFE Conquer Executive Board took place online on May 27th. During the meeting, the LIFE Conquer consortium had the opportunity to review the early project progress and to analyse in detail the very first achievements in each of the project actions. Following, the attendees discussed financial and administrative issues related to the project.
Likewise, the Monitoring Meeting was held on June 1st. During this session, the technical tasks were reviewed one by one in order to check the current status of each of them with a representative of the NEEMO Team, on behalf of the LIFE Programme and, therefore, of the European Commission. Besides, the project members discussed on possible future challenges and how to manage them best. In this regard, was agreed that a smooth coordination among the consortium is the key for achieving goals and doing it on time.
